All India Institute of Local Self Government (AIILSG), India established in 1926 is a premier autonomous research and training institution in India. The Institute was recognized as an Educational Institution by Government of Maharashtra in the year 1971.

Set up by the late Dr. H.M. Patel, the Charotar Arogya Mandal seeks to provide the best medical care and facilities for medical education to the people of Charutar. Founded in 1972, the Mandal has created the HM Patel Centre for Medical Care and Education at its 100-acre campus in Karamsad. The Centre includes five institutions of excellence.
